Prior to the event, please share specific groups or people that are to be photographed. Providing a list and a knowledgeable person is important so no one is missed. Unlimited image will be taken. The actual number is determined by the length of the event, what is happening and are there any special moments that occur during the party. In the end, you receive all reproduction rights for all provided images. Post-editing and processing can take hours –even days depending on how large the event was and how many people attended. All images will then be shared on a flash drive for easy storage usually within five days.

Since every event is unique, it is best to call and discuss event plans and specific needs for an actual quote.

During your session, Jan’s amusing personality and kind deposition will ensure a beautiful portrait.

Unlike other studios, Weld Photography does not charge more to photograph young children or pets even though they are often more challenging to capture that natural look. We encourage you to include your pet in the pictures and plan your session around the children’s best time.

Jan Weld strives to learn as much as possible about her clients by implementing a pre-photo consultation to help identify the purpose of the session, set expectations, and identify who these photos are being taken for. Consultations for shoots for senior portraits and pet portraits are best done over the phone or email. Phone appointments allow a faster, more complete understanding of your wishes and how the photography session will proceed. Be sure to mention any camera shyness or if children are shy of strangers so Jan can help ease that person’s discomfort.

Another big plus here at Weld photography is at the end of your session, your family portraits will be available on a large screen for all to see. On the rare occasion that someone is not pleased with the first set of photos, more will be taken. Everyone in the group can rate their favorites and you can order the same day for a 10% discount, or you can get low-resolution proofs in Dropbox if you need more time to decide. Our goal at Weld Photography is that everyone is thrilled with their photos, satisfaction is guaranteed!

Photographs can be made in any size! Volume discounts are available for prints or high-resolution, digital JPEG images, giving you the freedom to make your own package. Minor retouching can be done on any print or image ordered! The purchase of digital images includes all reproduction rights.

All session include: consulting via email, phone or in person to express one’s photographic desires.

Seniors

• Up to 90 minutes of photography with assorted backgrounds inside and/or out (weather permitting)
• Optional two clothing changes, viewing time after each to be sure there are good results.
• Two 8x10s or three 5x7s and 15 printable, digital images with all and minor retouching.
• Online, low-resolution proofs provided within 3-5 days from the photo session for longer deliberation.
  Show seniors include a collage as well as other look like seniors in Highschool or collages.
